We enjoy a long-standing relationship with NBC Universal that has allowed us to develop and implement unique activations around significant national and global sports properties. These include the Olympics, NBC Sunday Night NFL football broadcasts, the Super Bowl,  Big Ten college football and the U.S. Open golf tournament, to name a few. Our creative approach and ultimate activations incorporate the essence of each sporting event capturing the spirit of competition and fan enjoyment that comes from each sport. Our results have been dramatic, and we continue to work closely with NBC Universal as their Peacock network continues to evolve and grow. Additionally, our reach extends into the grassroots, with local sports teams from the NFL, NHL, NBA, MLS, MLB, youth sports, and related entertainment properties such as theaters, streaming services and online communications.

NBC Olympics

Rings Across America (20+ markets, 150,000+ participants, over 1 billion impressions):

As the Olympics gear up every two years in a major international city, our team deploys the iconic symbol of the Olympics—the rings—allowing fans an opportunity to interact and show their Olympic spirit and promoting NBC Universal’s broadcast of the games. We visit locations including the Kentucky Derby, Indianapolis 500, Rockefeller Center, and Universal Studios and appear on the Today Show, so hundreds of thousands of fans are touched by the Olympic spirit.

The Road to Paris:

Beginning in Hollywood a year ahead of the Games, our custom-designed double-decker bus was outfitted with some of the US Team’s top athletes as they made their way throughout Los Angeles at some of the most popular LA hot spots.

Paris Café Olympique:

Bringing a “taste of Paris” to the Penn district as part of NBC’s New York-based Advertising Week event, the intricate build replicated a classic French café right down to the cobblestones, providing a comfortable spot to recharge or conduct business while enjoying complimentary Ladurée pastries and treats. Guests even had the chance to “meet” Team USA’s Paris-bound athletes through a shareable AR photo experience.

“Save the Date” Paris Olympic Mailer:

With the Paris Games a year out, this special Paris-themed mailer was sent to prominent celebrities, press and influencers to mark the date the Summer Games began. A bespoke box replicated a Paris café—a feast for all five senses—layer by layer. After opening the lid, recipients removed a golden-accented tablecloth that cued a song played by a French accordion. Underneath, a French press, bean grinder and branded coffee cups were revealed. Finally, a hidden drawer housed French roast coffee and accessories next to an exquisite selection of direct-from-France Ladurée macarons.

NFL Sunday Night Football: 

NBC NFL Sunday Night Football Bus: 160% traffic increase, 300% data capture increase, 30,000 pieces of fan-generated custom content, 16,000 social media shares

Our team completely reimagined the entire fan experience, incorporating an NFC-enabled system that drove data capture success while improving fan interactions by personalizing their content creation. Technology-driven experiences were introduced to enrich fan engagement, and time-tested elements were improved and retained.

NBC-Peacock Big Ten College Football

Big Ten Yards:

This traveling pop-up activation is designed to bring the pregame excitement of each week’s college football action to fans of all ages, reflecting college campus culture within a single, all-in-one platform. Like players taking the field, fans were welcomed by a tunnel entrance and an authentically geared locker room while a variety of talent and alumni appearances, body painting, photo ops, contests, exclusive giveaways, music, and more entertained in a way that connected with die-hard fans.

US Open Golf

Chip Truck:

We recreated the famed 18th hole at Winged Foot C.C., host to the 2020 US Open. Traveling the entire east coast of the US, participants had the opportunity to make a “hole out” chip and possibly win tickets to the following year’s tournament. The activation was featured on the Today Show, NHL and Tour de France broadcasts and was recognized with an Ex Award in the best sports activation category.
